01 General Terms

Naga9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an international online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Naga9 and its users ("you" or "Member").

By registering on Naga9, logging into your account, or using any game or betting service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

02 Account Registration & Usage

To open an account with Naga9, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with false details is a direct violation of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be suspended.
• A phone number, email address, and password are required at registration — all details must be accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login details strictly confidential. Sharing your password is not allowed.
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you will generally need to wager 20–30x the combined deposit and bonus amount — specific requirements are listed on each offer's page.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• One bonus per member: Using the same promotion more than once or across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum Bonus Bet: When using bonus funds, the maximum stake per bet is generally ৳5,000.
• Abuse: If Naga9 suspects any misuse of the bonus system, it reserves the right to void bonuses and place the account under review.

06 Betting Policy & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activities on Naga9 are governed by the following policies. Each game has its own rules, which are available within the game interface.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a live bet is voided due to an internet disconnection, it will not be reconsidered.
• All games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology — results are never predetermined.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Naga9 reserves the right to recalculate bets at the corrected odds.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If opposing bets on the same event are detected across separate accounts (arbitrage), both accounts will be subject to investigation.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Naga9 platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using a false identity to take advantage of the bonus system.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, deceiving, or intimidating other members.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Naga9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Submitting false information during KYC verification.
• Suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• For security reasons (e.g., suspected account compromise).

Members may request account closure at any time. Any available balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
